PetPal Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PetPal on Android and related services.
1. Provider

2. Account and Eligibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
- You must not use PetPal for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use PetPal to manage pet care information in good faith.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Subscriptions and Billing (Google Play)
- Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in your Google Play account settings before renewal.
- You can restore purchases through the app's restore flow and/or by signing in with the same Google account used for purchase.
- PetPal does not store full payment card details.
- Pricing, taxes, and refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and your local law.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue app features. Temporary downtime can occur for maintenance, third-party outages, or security reasons.
6. Veterinary Disclaimer
PetPal provides organization and wellness support tools. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
If your pet is unwell or in an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPal is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, or serious breach of these Terms.
- You may stop using PetPal at any time.
- You may delete your account in-app at Settings -> Session -> Delete account.
- You may also request account/data deletion by emailing tmfjs13@gmail.com.
9. Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product updates. Updated terms are effective from the published "Last updated" date.
